Job Summary: As a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer, you design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to automate and optimize IT service management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize modules, workflows, and integrations based on business requirements.

• Design, develop, and implement customized API endpoints within ServiceNow platform to integrate 3rd party products
• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to gather integration requirements
• Lead end-to-end project development of ServiceNow integrations, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Provide administrative support and configuration assistance within ServiceNow during integration projects

Must Have:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have

• 6–8 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer in an enterprise environment
• Familiarity with core ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, and Configuration
• Hands-on experience with building and customizing REST/SOAP APIs on ServiceNow
• Strong problem-solving skills with a self-starter attitude and ability to lead projects independently
• Experience with requirement gathering and technical solutioning for integrations
• Ability to support ServiceNow administration tasks as needed during the project
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users

Desired:

• Relevant Certification in ITIL and ServiceNow

Education: Graduate from a recognized university, preferably BE/B.Tech or above in Computer Science.
