Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop semantic models, interactive dashboards, and enterprise reports.
• Create and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and data warehouses.
• Optimize BI performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Build live and real-time reports for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, contributing to continuous innovation and technical excellence.
• Integrate AI/ML features such as Power BI Copilot, Smart Narratives, and AutoML.
• Implement natural language querying and predictive dashboards.
• Build anomaly detection and forecasting models.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric components including OneLake, Lakehouse, and Data Factory Gen2.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in PowerBI and Power Automate for enterprise dashboards.
• Proficiency in Power BI report and dashboard development.
• Good knowledge and understanding of CI/CD pipelines and data modeling concepts.
• Experience working with Data Engineers and Data Lakes (e.g., Databricks).
• Hands-on experience migrating data from on-premise systems to Azure Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Fact and Dimension table design.
• Expertise in DAX measures, calculated columns, and performance tuning.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python.
• Experience testing data sources, validating data quality, and reconciling reports.
